About The Position

We are looking for a Guest & Client Advisor to engage our community and bring automotive innovation to life. This role involves representing the brand through high-quality interactions, guiding visitors through vehicles, exhibits, and services. The advisor will create personalized customer journeys, handle inquiries with a high level of service orientation, and support in-store events to ensure the space consistently reflects premium brand standards. Additionally, the role includes collecting and documenting visitor feedback to identify opportunities for enhancing the overall brand experience.

Requirements

  • Experience in retail, hospitality, or a customer-facing role
  • Deep passion for the automotive industry and premium brand experiences
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on service and customer orientation
  • Hands-on, confident, and proactive mindset
  • Full fluency in English
  • Valid US work authorization is required (no visa sponsorship).

Nice To Haves

  • A background in automotive or luxury environments is a plus
  • Additional languages are a plus
  • Flexibility regarding working hours (evenings and weekends)
