About The Position
We are looking for a Guest & Client Advisor to engage our community and bring automotive innovation to life. This role involves representing the brand through high-quality interactions, guiding visitors through vehicles, exhibits, and services. The advisor will create personalized customer journeys, support in-store events, and ensure the space reflects premium brand standards. Additionally, they will collect and document visitor feedback to enhance the overall brand experience. This is a fully on-site role in Los Angeles under a US contract.
Requirements
- Experience in retail, hospitality, or a customer-facing role.
- Deep passion for the automotive industry and premium brand experiences.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on service and customer orientation.
- Hands-on, confident, and proactive mindset with flexibility regarding working hours (evenings and weekends).
- Full fluency in English.
- Valid US work authorization is required (no visa sponsorship).
Nice To Haves
- A background in automotive or luxury environments is a plus.
- Additional languages are a plus.
