As a Guest Attendant, you’ll form a deep understanding of your residents and their living experience. You will build relationships with the residents and their family members, offering a variety of support options and program choices that enrich their daily health and well being. As an individual and part of a wider team, you will be a strong contributor to the culture of the home, where the focus is always on helping residents live fully, every day. The Guest Attendant is accountable to the Director of Wellness for the support with activities of daily living and housekeeping services as assigned while utilizing customer service principles that strive to provide exceptional service at all times. This role may also assist with recreation programs support in varying locations. The Guest Attendant is required to perform their duties in a manner consistent with the core values, ensure resident safety, and demonstrate customer service excellence.
