About The Position

This is a seasonal role at Target, focusing on various store operations including Guest Advocacy (Cashier), General Merchandise, Fulfillment, Food and Beverage, Front of Store Attendant (Cart Attendant), Style, Tech, and Inbound (Stocking). The role involves helping guests discover the joy of everyday life through Target's values and culture. Seasonal roles offer opportunities to gain knowledge in guest service fundamentals, retail business fundamentals (department sales trends, inventory management, process efficiency), and experience in executing daily/weekly workloads to support business priorities and sales goals.

Responsibilities

Provide tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and compelling visual merchandising presentations.
Welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations by focusing on guest interaction and recovery.
Ensure product is set, in-stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor.
Handle cash register operations accurately.
Climb up and down ladders.
Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds.
