About The Position
Target is hiring for seasonal roles including Guest Advocate (Cashier), General Merchandise, Fulfillment, Food and Beverage, Front of Store Attendant (Cart Attendant), Style, Tech, and Inbound (Stocking). These roles are designed to provide meaningful experiences that help team members build and develop skills for a career. Seasonal Specialty Sales Roles involve acting as specialized consultants who provide tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and compelling visual merchandising. Seasonal Service & Engagement roles focus on being advocates of guest experience, welcoming, thanking, and exceeding guest service expectations. Seasonal General Merchandise & Food Sales roles require expertise in operations, process, and efficiency to ensure products are set, in-stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor.

Responsibilities
- Actively sell and provide tailored suggestions and solutions.
- Create compelling visual merchandising presentations.
- Welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations.
- Focus on guest interaction and recovery.
- Ensure product is set, in-stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor.
- Execute daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals.
- Handle cash register operations accurately.
- Climb up and down ladders.
- Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely.
- Frequently lift or move merchandise up to 40 pounds.
