About The Position

This is a seasonal role at Target, focusing on various guest-facing and operational aspects of the store. The position involves creating a joyful experience for guests through excellent service, efficient operations, and engaging sales presentations. Team members will gain knowledge in guest service fundamentals, retail business operations including department sales trends, inventory management, and process efficiency. They will also learn to execute daily and weekly workloads to support business priorities and achieve sales goals.

Responsibilities

Provide tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and compelling visual merchandising presentations.
Welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations by focusing on guest interaction and recovery.
Ensure product is set, in-stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor.
Handle cash register operations accurately.
Climb up and down ladders.
Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds.
