About The Position
This is a seasonal role at Target, with various positions available including Guest Advocate (Cashier), General Merchandise, Fulfillment, Food and Beverage, Front of Store Attendant (Cart Attendant), Style, Tech, and Inbound (Stocking). Working at Target involves helping families discover the joy of everyday life through their values and culture. Seasonal Specialty Sales Roles focus on providing tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and compelling visual merchandising. Seasonal Service & Engagement roles are advocates of guest experience, welcoming and thanking guests while exceeding service expectations. Seasonal General Merchandise & Food Sales roles focus on operations, process, and efficiency to ensure products are set, in-stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor. Target aims to provide meaningful experiences that help team members build and develop skills for a career, offering knowledge of guest service fundamentals, retail business fundamentals (department sales trends, inventory management, process efficiency), and experience executing daily/weekly workloads to support business priorities and sales goals.
Requirements

- Ability to resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
- Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes
- Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends and holidays) and regular attendance necessary
