Seasonal roles at Target involve helping families discover the joy of everyday life. These positions focus on sales and guest experience, aiming to inspire guests and build sales through tailored suggestions, compelling merchandising, and excellent guest service. Team members gain knowledge in guest service fundamentals, retail business, department sales trends, inventory management, process efficiency, and executing daily workloads to meet business priorities and sales goals.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Provide tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and compelling visual merchandising presentations.
- Welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations by focusing on guest interaction and recovery.
- Ensure product is set, in-stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor.
- Execute daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals.
- Handle cash register operations accurately.
- Climb up and down ladders.
- Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds.
