Responsibilities
- Helping customers design spaces they'll absolutely love.
- Providing top-notch customer service from the moment they walk in until well after their delivery.
- Being a tech-savvy resource on the showroom floor with your laptop, ready to assist without being stuck at a desk.
- Tackling tasks like answering phones, doing quick "Buddy Checks," and keeping an eye on open orders.
- Growing your skills through open feedback, learning from the occasional oops, and staying in the know about our awesome products.
Benefits
- Guaranteed base pay of $25/hour while you train (first 16 weeks).
- Monthly and quarterly bonuses.
- Guaranteed base pay of $20/hour after training.
- Flexibility of a 4 or 5-day work schedule.
- Earlier closing times on Saturdays and Sundays.
- Later opening times on Sundays.
