Job Summary: Coordinates intake, evaluation, implementation, and provision of services, record keeping, generation of all needed/mandated noting, reporting, documentation. It is instrumental in the provision of care and service to and for Wards appointed to the agency by the Courts or to and for those who voluntarily become Wards of the Agency. Carries caseload based on needs of the Program, and based on the assessment of the Worker/Ward appropriateness.
