Tennessee Oncology, a prominent community-based cancer care specialist with a leading clinical trial network, is seeking a talented and highly-motivated GU Oncology Care Coordinator. This experienced oncology nurse will utilize clinical judgment and the nursing process to coordinate care for patients with genitourinary (GU) cancers throughout their complex treatment journey. The role involves longitudinal tracking of patients from referral to survivorship or end-of-life care, acting as a central point of contact between Tennessee Oncology's medical and radiation oncology services and external urology practices, nuclear medicine, genetics, cardio-oncology, and supportive/palliative care. The coordinator will bridge gaps between disparate electronic medical record systems, support data screening, dashboard management, and outcomes analysis to reduce time to treatment, close care gaps, minimize hospitalizations and ED visits, and ensure guideline-concordant, patient-centered care. This is a high-autonomy, high-impact role within Tennessee Oncology’s new GU Center of Excellence, offering opportunities to build workflows, shape a growing program, and advance professionally.
