So this will give you the flavour of the type of things you'll be working on when you start, but this will likely evolve. At the moment, this role is focused on: Owning end-to-end lead management across Canva's GTM lifecycle — prospect generation, enrichment, scoring, routing, and assignment — in Salesforce and integrated systems Architecting scalable lead routing, prioritization, and attribution frameworks that support global growth Evaluating and implementing AI capabilities across the lead ecosystem, including intent signal processing, data enrichment, and seller workflow automation Serving as the Salesforce SME for lead and campaign management — designing and maintaining scalable solutions across Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Campaigns, and Opportunities Ensuring data quality, governance, and system integrity across the full GTM stack Partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Ops as a trusted technical advisor — driving alignment, unblocking workflows, and leading enablement on new capabilities Continuously identifying opportunities to reduce manual processes, improve conversion, and accelerate seller productivity
