About The Position

DNSFilter is revolutionizing network security with fast, accurate, and reliable threat protection and content filtering. We are a rapidly growing company dedicated to creating a safer internet for businesses and organizations worldwide. Leveraging AI-driven threat intelligence, DNSFilter empowers customers to proactively block threats before they impact their networks. We foster a collaborative, innovative, and results-oriented culture where every team member contributes to our mission of making the internet safer. As we continue our product-fueled growth by adding new features and broadening our solution to meet the needs of the global market, we are looking for a GTM Systems Engineer to own the day-to-day configuration, integrity, and health of the platforms our revenue teams run on, primarily Salesforce and HubSpot. This is a hands-on build-and-maintain role where you will own how leads route, how records are structured, how our systems talk to each other, and how we know when something breaks. The ideal candidate is a strong administrator who tests before shipping, documents what they change, and communicates clearly with the Sales and Marketing teams who depend on the outcome. This role sits on the GTM Operations team and partners closely with the Lead GTM Systems Engineer, the GTM Operations Analyst, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Technical Support. Eligible candidates have worked successfully in a small to mid-sized fast-paced, hyper-growth SaaS start-up or scale-up. We recognize that people come with a wealth of experience and talent beyond just the technical requirements of a job. If you feel like this job is for you, please apply. We believe diversity of experience and skills, including transferable skills, combined with passion, is a key to innovation and excellence; therefore, we encourage people from all backgrounds to apply to our positions!

Requirements

  • 4+ years administering Salesforce in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Hands-on experience administering HubSpot, including the Salesforce integration and field mapping
  • Salesforce Administrator certification, or equivalent demonstrated experience
  • Demonstrated experience configuring lead routing, assignment rules, and territory models
  • Experience running bulk data operations and imports with appropriate testing and validation
  • A working habit of testing before deploying and documenting what you changed
  • Ability to communicate clearly and directly with non-technical stakeholders about system behavior and its consequences
  • Ability to work hours overlapping with ET
  • Must be eligible to work in the region of hire without sponsorship now and/or in the future

Nice To Haves

  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder certification
  • HubSpot Operations Hub or Marketing Hub certification
  • Experience with data quality tooling such as RingLead, Openprise, or similar
  • Experience with Zendesk, Vitally, ZoomInfo, Gong, or similar GTM tools
  • You find the configuration problem behind the symptom rather than fixing records one by one
  • You tell people what will happen before it happens, and what happened after it did

Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day configuration of Salesforce and HubSpot: objects, fields, record types, page layouts, validation rules, flows and workflows
  • Maintain naming conventions, picklist values, and field standards so the data stays usable downstream
  • Own the configuration of lead and account assignment: assignment rules, round robins, queues, territory and pod mapping
  • Validate that routing behaves as documented, and that records land with an active, correct owner
  • Investigate and resolve routing failures, and identify the underlying configuration issue rather than correcting records one at a time
  • Own the HubSpot to Salesforce integration in practice: field mappings, sync rules, exclusion criteria, and error monitoring
  • Maintain documentation of how data moves between systems, including known edge cases and behavior that surprises people
  • Monitor sync errors and integration health proactively, and resolve issues before stakeholders report them
  • Own list imports end to end: file preparation, field mapping, campaign and source assignment, execution, and post-import verification
  • Maintain the SOPs that make imports repeatable and auditable
  • Run regular audits for duplicates, records owned by inactive users, incomplete required fields, and misassigned territories
  • Execute mass updates and cleanup projects with appropriate backup and validation
  • Establish and maintain routine checks so integrity issues surface from within the team
  • Test configuration changes in sandbox or with controlled records before production
  • Maintain a change log covering what changed, why, who approved it, and how it was validated
  • Communicate releases, fixes, and known issues to the Sales and Marketing teams affected
  • Triage and resolve platform issues from the GTM intake queue against defined SLAs
  • Close the loop with requesters and impacted stakeholders on status, resolution, and anything still outstanding
  • Use AI tooling, including Claude, to accelerate investigation, testing, and documentation

Benefits

  • Pathway to promotion based on results and performance, not just time in the chair.
  • Passionate and intelligent colleagues who work hard and have a good time doing it
  • Paid company-wide week off at the end of each year
  • Flexible Vacation Policy
  • Awesome company swag
  • Full medical, dental, and vision benefits for US, UK, and Canada-based employees
  • Full short-term disability and life benefits; available long-term disability
  • Retirement savings account options with vested company matching for qualifying employees
