About The Position

Nordhealth is hiring a GTM Software Engineer to build and own its go-to-market operating system. Reporting directly to the VP Marketing, the role works closely with the CEO and colleagues across marketing, engineering, sales, design, product, and onboarding. The position involves designing systems, writing production code, and owning solutions end to end—not simply connecting existing tools. Work is iterative and fast-paced, with initial projects expected to go live within days. The engineer will build systems that help the company identify and reach the right customers efficiently, unify data and intelligence across markets, and create self-serve paths into Nordhealth’s app. The role includes working directly in the codebase and maintaining shipped systems through monitoring, documentation, fixes, and improvements.

Requirements

  • Fluent English.
  • Take ownership of work end to end, from design through deployment.
  • Solve problems from first principles, think in systems, and question established practices.
  • Work iteratively, shipping small solutions that deliver value and then building on them.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and ship quickly without compromising quality.
  • Be comfortable working across different types of projects, such as internal applications and data pipelines.
  • Talk to users to understand their needs and build solutions that have an impact.
  • Combine engineering skills with commercial thinking, caring about pipeline, revenue, and customers as well as code quality.
  • Work comfortably with non-engineers and explain technical trade-offs clearly.

  • Work with design, product, and onboarding teams to build self-serve paths into the app.
  • Collaborate with the design team to improve the user experience.
  • Write and ship production code directly in the codebase.
  • Own shipped systems end to end, including monitoring, documentation, fixes, and improvements.
