Motive's Enablement Team supports our Revenue organizations—Sales, Sales Development, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success—by equipping frontline teams with the information and skills they need to succeed. We are seeking a GTM/Sales Onboarding Manager (individual contributor) to orchestrate a seamless onboarding process for all revenue new hires, keeping the rep experience at the center of our efforts. The ideal candidate is an exceptional communicator who can explain complex concepts to diverse audiences, and possesses strong organizational, time management, emotional intelligence, and facilitation skills.
