Job Summary Job Summary We are seeking a GTM Program Manager to support the execution of cross-functional programs across Go-To-Market (GTM) domains. This role focuses on driving programs from planning through delivery by managing cross-functional execution and ensuring timely progress against commitments. You will operate in a highly matrixed environment, helping bring structure, visibility, and discipline to large initiatives. The ideal candidate has solid program management experience across business and technology teams, with working knowledge of GTM systems and processes, and strong communication and coordination skills.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of program or project management experience across business and technology environments.
  • Direct experience executing programs and driving initiatives within Go-To-Market (GTM) domains, specifically Sales, CPQ, and Partner Ecosystems.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams within enterprise or mid-to-large scale organizations.
  • Strong execution and coordination skills in matrixed environments.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams with competing priorities.
  • Solid communication skills with ability to keep stakeholders informed and aligned.
  • Working knowledge of program management methodologies and tools.
  • Must be local to the SF Bay Area.

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced experience in Partner Ecosystems and Channel Operations, including driving Partner Relationship Management (PRM) tool deployments, launching partner portals, designing channel incentive processes, and managing joint-partner system integrations.

Responsibilities

  • Drive execution of medium-to-large cross-functional programs from planning through delivery.
  • Maintain program plans, including milestones, dependencies, RAID logs, and status tracking.
  • Track progress against delivery timelines and escalate issues as needed.
  • Support decomposition of program plans into actionable tasks and workstreams.
  • Help identify sequencing and dependencies under guidance from senior program leaders.
  • Manage execution across IT, Sales, Partner Ecosystems, and Finance teams.
  • Track dependencies across systems such as CRM, CPQ, billing, and data platforms.
  • Surface risks and issues early and support mitigation planning with stakeholders.
  • Provide clear and consistent program updates to project stakeholders and delivery teams.
  • Prepare status reports highlighting progress, risks, and key decisions needed.
  • Track delivery against defined scope, milestones, and success criteria.
