Brex is seeking a Manager of GTM Recruiting to lead their Post-Sales and Marketing recruiting function. This role will own hiring strategy and execution for critical teams focused on customer experience. It is a people leadership role that partners directly with the Director of Business Recruiting and senior post-sales and marketing stakeholders to shape talent attraction and closing strategies in a competitive, post-acquisition environment. The manager will be accountable for team performance, pipeline health, and the overall recruiting experience within their function.
