Designs and executes enablement programs that build organizational capabilities, improve ways of working, and drive adoption of processes, tools, and methodologies. Partners with Enablement Business Partners and functional leaders to identify capability gaps and deliver scalable solutions aligned to transformation initiatives and proficiency goals. This role sits within the Enablement Programs team and manages programs across the full lifecycle—from discovery through implementation and sustainment—while collaborating with Enablement Business Partners for intake and prioritization and with Enablement Services for delivery execution, logistics, and vendor management. Success in this role requires strong ownership, initiative, and the ability to translate complex operational needs into practical solutions while validating assumptions and proactively resolving ambiguities.
