About The Position

Planhat is seeking a GTM Recruiter to join their team and help grow a world-class team. As Planhat scales rapidly, this role will be a force multiplier across commercial and operations teams in the Americas. The recruiter will own end-to-end recruitment, partner closely with hiring managers, build and optimize sourcing programs, and bring structure, data, and precision to the recruitment process, enhancing the experience for candidates and stakeholders.

Requirements

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in similar roles, ideally from high growth SaaS companies
Collaborative with a strong intrinsic drive
High standards and ambitions
Solution-oriented
Ability to collaborate and communicate with seasoned Execs as well as junior candidates
Curious and analytical, with an “always improve” mindset
Tech savvy
Business minded: can translate business requirements into talent needs and spot that talent
Strong judgment
Comfortable with change and a problem solver
Experience building, leading, and hiring GTM teams is a strong plus

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end recruitment for commercial and ops roles across Americas
Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand business needs and translate that into talent requirements
Build and optimize sourcing programs — leveraging traditional channels as well as new areas
Find candidates who can accelerate Planhat’s trajectory
Bring structure, data, and precision to how we recruit
Elevate the experience for candidates and internal stakeholders alike
