GTM Product Analyst

EdmentumBloomington, MN
$110,000 - $120,000Remote

About The Position

At Edmentum, product decisions aren't made on instinct. They're made on evidence about what the market is asking for and how customers actually use what we build. As a GTM Product Analyst, you'll own that evidence: building the single source of truth for how every product performs from first touch through renewal, and giving Product and Revenue leadership the clarity to decide where to invest, how to compete, and how to price.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of hands-on data analysis experience, ideally supporting product, go-to-market, or commercial strategy teams.
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerBI and AI tools; experience with Salesforce, Clari, SQL, and Databricks a plus
  • Comfortable connecting pipeline, bookings, adoption, and retention data into one coherent view of how a product is actually performing.
  • Experience with win/loss and competitive analysis, and you know how to turn loss reasons and objection trends into recommendations product teams can act on.
  • Understand the commercial side of product, including how discounting, packaging, and bundling decisions show up in win rates and retention.
  • Skilled at working with complex, multi-source data sets and translating them into clear, compelling visuals and insights for varied audiences.
  • Excellent communicator, equally comfortable presenting to senior leaders and collaborating with technical teams.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to independently manage multiple workstreams and deadlines without sacrificing quality.
  • Naturally curious about data, proactive in identifying issues, and committed to continuous improvement.
  • Collaborative and adaptable, thriving in a cross-functional environment where priorities can shift.
  • Willing to take on evolving responsibilities based on business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Run portfolio win/loss and competitive analysis, surfacing the objections, competitor trends, and product gaps that are costing us deals.
  • Analyze pricing, discounting, and packaging performance to show where we're discounting strategically and where we're giving away margin.
  • Partner with Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to turn analysis into decisions on investment priorities, roadmap, and go-to-market execution.

Benefits

  • medical, dental, and vision insurance with various plan options
  • a 401(k) retirement plan with company matching
