About The Position

This role will sit in a hub location (Purchase, Chicago, Plano). The GTM PMO Director will play a critical role in developing and executing Project Ascend for FLUS. This leader will serve as the single point of accountability responsible for leading cross functional workstreams and delivering core components of PEP North America as part of the broader GTM transformation, while helping translate approved decisions into executable plans that support effective deployment and business adoption. Reporting to the Senior Director Ascend Design, this role will drive the development of scalable processes, tools, frameworks, and implementation approaches. The Director will partner closely with Program PMO, RIC, Deployment teams, HR, Field leadership, Supply Chain, Finance, and other cross-functional stakeholders to ensure design outputs are integrated, practical, and aligned to enterprise priorities, business needs, and delivery timelines. This role requires strong conceptual thinking, structured problem solving, and program leadership, as well as the ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment across complex, interdependent workstreams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 7–10+ years of experience in Sales, Delivery, Supply Chain, Operations, Commercial Strategy, Transformation, or other complex cross-functional business environments.
  • Demonstrated success leading projects, workstreams, or large-scale initiatives with measurable deliverables, timelines, and multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and practical execution plans.
  • Proven ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, complex environments with competing priorities, ambiguity, and significant operational interdependencies.
  • Strong program and workstream management capabilities, including experience establishing milestones, governance routines, stage gates, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Ability to influence senior leaders, drive alignment without direct authority, and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Experience managing teams and/or directing analysts and project resources to ensure quality, consistency, and timely delivery of outputs.
  • Structured thinker with strong execution discipline, attention to detail, and focus on quality.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to educate, influence, and manage up.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Lead one or more GTM workstreams, ensuring timely delivery of key transformation milestones and alignment with broader enterprise priorities.
  • Translate strategic direction into detailed, actionable outputs, including GTM frameworks, playbooks, process documentation, operating models, and scalable tools and templates.
  • Own and maintain project management repository with core design components, ensuring they reflect the latest organizational decisions and are aligned to PEPNA priorities, market needs, and operational realities.
  • Build and refine standardized, repeatable artifacts that enable consistent execution at scale and support the evolution of the “One Best Way.”
  • Conduct and lead analytical efforts to inform decisions, including current-versus-future-state assessments, market and performance analysis, identification of gaps, and improvement opportunities.
  • Translate data and insights into clear, actionable recommendations that shape capability decisions, implementation sequencing, and continuous improvement priorities.
  • Partner closely with Program PMO, RIC, Deployment teams, HR, Field leadership, Supply Chain, Finance, and other business partners to align roles, priorities, timelines, and decision points.
  • Develop and manage integrated workplans across participating functions, including milestones, interdependencies, governance routines, resource requirements, and success measures.
  • Identify and manage risks, cross-functional dependencies, and resource constraints; proactively resolve issues to maintain momentum across multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Support implementation and deployment teams to ensure the program is executed consistently and effectively, incorporating pilot learnings, stakeholder feedback, and business performance insights.
  • Enable successful pilots, market tests, and scaled deployment efforts by providing clear ownership, milestone tracking, issue resolution, and practical guidance for field execution.
  • Capture implementation learnings and best practices across markets and sites to refine playbooks, improve readiness, and support long-term business transformation.
