We’re looking for a GTM Partnerships Enablement Leader to define and scale how OpenAI enables its global partner ecosystem. This role is responsible for translating product and GTM strategy into clear, repeatable programs that empower partners to sell, deliver, and support OpenAI solutions effectively. You will build and lead the partner enablement function, including strategy, programs, content, and systems that drive partner productivity and consistent execution across regions and partner types. This is a highly cross-functional leadership role that combines 0→1 building with scaling global programs. You’ll work closely with Partnerships leadership and teams across Sales, Product, Product Marketing, Solutions, and RevOps to ensure partner-facing initiatives land clearly and drive measurable impact.
