Requirements

3+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a comparable quote-to-cash/GTM function
Hands-on CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent), including pipeline management and data hygiene
Experience with quoting, discount/concession approval workflows, and opportunity-to-quote processes
Familiarity with billing and revenue processes, including forecasting and EOM close support
Working knowledge of BI/dashboarding tools (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent)
Strong analytical skills and comfort presenting findings to cross-functional stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field preferred

Responsibilities

Own budgetary quote generation and signable quote execution, including discounting and concession approval workflows
Maintain pipeline hygiene and CRM data integrity, and serve as the go-to tech stack subject matter expert for the sales team
Own billing and revenue forecasting, and manage billing scheduling and processing
Support pricing strategy analyses and updates in partnership with the Director of GTM Operations
Own EOM reporting and finance alignment, plus ad hoc executive analyses support
Contribute to company-wide BI and data visualization work that keeps the GTM data layer connected across functions
