About The Position

DNSFilter is seeking a GTM Operations Analyst to serve as the operational backbone for their go-to-market teams. This role will be responsible for reporting, tooling, process design, and day-to-day support for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Additionally, the role involves acting as an AI enablement resource, building AI-powered workflows, and assisting the GTM organization in maximizing the use of their existing tools. This is a full-time position, preferably with a hybrid-office schedule in Westchase, FL, within a fast-paced, hyper-growth SaaS startup environment.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a Revenue/Sales Operations or GTM analytics role.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and HubSpot, or a comparable marketing automation platform.
  • Familiarity with at least two tools in the modern GTM stack (e.g., Gong, ZoomInfo, 6Sense, Regie.ai, or similar).
  • Experience building in Power BI or similar BI tools.
  • Hands-on experience using Claude or a similar AI tool to build workflows and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work through messy data and translate numbers into a clear narrative.
  • Proven ability to document detailed processes and drive improvements.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and directly at all levels, from peers to C-Suite.
  • Ability to work hours overlapping with ET hours.
  • Must be eligible to work in the region of hire without sponsorship now and/or in the future.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Vitally, Gainsight, or another CS platform.
  • Exposure to SQL or basic data querying.
  • Experience on platform implementation teams and/or tool ROI reviews.
  • Experience supporting a Sales/GTM team through rapid scaling (Series A+).
  • Ability to spot and solve problems before they're escalated.
  • Ability to share what data means and what should happen next when presenting data.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable with follow-through.
  • Ability to move fluidly across functions (Sales forecast calls, Marketing attribution reviews, and CS renewal planning sessions).
  • Genuine curiosity about AI and automation and actively looking for ways to use it to improve own work and teammates' work.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain dashboards in Salesforce, HubSpot, and Vitally to provide GTM leaders with clear visibility into pipeline health, conversion, retention, and revenue performance.
  • Own core KPI tracking across the funnel, ensuring data accuracy and proactively surfacing insights beyond simple reports.
  • Partner with the GTM Engineer to ensure reporting data is captured correctly at the source.
  • Deliver ad hoc analysis for GTM leadership, including deal inspection, cohort analysis, campaign attribution, churn drivers, and segment performance.
  • Track GTM tool adoption across the stack (e.g., ZoomInfo, Gong, 6sense, Regie.ai), identifying underutilization and consolidation opportunities.
  • Conduct regular tool audits to identify redundant capabilities and maintain a lean, intentional tool stack.
  • Build Claude-powered automations to address specific GTM operational challenges, managing the entire process from problem identification to deployment.
  • Train teammates on AI tools, share best practices, and expand the GTM organization's capabilities with AI.
  • Map, document, and maintain key operational processes, including rules of engagement, lead assignment flows, deal stage management, renewal workflows, and marketing-to-sales handoffs.
  • Partner with the RevOps leader on quarterly process reviews and manage the intake and prioritization of process change requests from GTM teams.
  • Serve as a primary GTM Operations point of contact, managing the intake queue, handling reporting requests, and troubleshooting platform issues.
  • Maintain data quality across core platforms through regular audits and collaboration with teams to correct records and assignment issues.

Benefits

  • Flexible Vacation Policy.
  • Awesome company swag.
