About The Position

The Go-To-Market (GTM) Operations Analyst supports and enables A-LIGN’s Go-To-Market organization by driving operational rigor, data integrity, and scalable processes across Sales and Marketing. This role is ideal for a highly analytical, detail-oriented professional with experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or GTM analytics who thrives in fast-paced environments and takes ownership of complex, cross-functional initiatives. As a GTM Operations Analyst, you will act as a core business partner to GTM stakeholders, owning ticket management, reporting, pipeline hygiene, forecasting support, and process optimization. You bring a structured, proactive mindset, operate comfortably within systems and data, and surface insights that improve execution, efficiency, and predictability across the revenue engine.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, finance, economics, marketing, or other relevant field
  • 2–4 years of experience in GTM Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related analytical role
  • Hands-on experience working with CRM and GTM systems (Salesforce required; Pardot, Outreach, and other sales/marketing efficiency tools a plus)
  • Experience building and maintaining reports, dashboards, and operational metrics for GTM teams
  • Demonstrated experience partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and/or Partner stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail; you notice trends, discrepancies, and risks others may miss
  • Highly organized with strong project management discipline and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Proactive problem-solver who takes ownership and drives initiatives forward with minimal oversight
  • Clear and confident communicator with the ability to present insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Comfortable working with complex datasets and translating data into business insights
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel; strong working knowledge of Salesforce required
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving priorities

Responsibilities

  • Support Sales, Marketing, and Partner teams by maintaining accurate, reliable GTM data and operational processes
  • Own and triage incoming requests from business stakeholders, prioritizing work against sprint capacity, clarifying scope and urgency, and ensuring visibility into request status from intake through resolution
  • Build and maintain GTM reporting and dashboards, including pipeline health, funnel conversion, forecasting, and performance metrics
  • Partner with GTM leadership to support forecasting and quarterly business reviews
  • Ensure CRM (Salesforce) data integrity through ongoing monitoring, auditing, and enforcement of data hygiene standards
  • Surface insights to improve GTM processes across lead-to-opportunity, opportunity management, and quote-to-close workflows
  • Identify operational gaps and inefficiencies, recommend solutions, and drive implementation in partnership with cross-functional teams
  • Act as a trusted, analytical partner to stakeholders by translating data into actionable insights and recommendations
