About the Role We’re looking for a GTM – Marketing Manager to own go-to-market strategy and execution for new product features, launches, and company announcements. You’ll operate at the intersection of product, marketing, design, and community—turning complex product capabilities into clear, compelling stories that resonate with users and creators. This role is ideal for someone with a startup mindset who understands how to engage passionate gaming and live-streaming communities and can confidently lead launches end-to-end.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, GTM, or related roles at startups or high-growth companies.
  • Proven experience launching products or features within gaming, live-streaming, or creator-focused ecosystems .
  • Hands-on experience managing social media across multiple platforms, including Discord .
  • Strong communication skills, including marketing copywriting and technical writing.
  • Experience delivering in-app communications and notification strategies .
  • Highly collaborative, with a strong track record of cross-disciplinary partnership.
  • Startup mindset with the ability to move fast, adapt quickly, and take ownership.
  • Strong project leadership skills with the ability to anticipate challenges and drive execution.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute go-to-market strategy, documentation, and project management for new features, launches, and product updates.
  • Partner closely with product, engineering, design, and community teams to align messaging, timing, and delivery.
  • Create and manage launch plans, timelines, and success metrics for all GTM initiatives.
  • Lead social media strategy and execution across platforms, including Discord , X, Instagram, TikTok, and others.
  • Plan and execute events, activations, and community moments to drive awareness, engagement, and adoption.
  • Craft high-quality written content including product copy, announcements, release notes, FAQs, and technical documentation.
  • Drive in-app communications , including push notifications, banners, and messaging that inform and activate users.
  • Engage directly with gaming and live-streaming communities, incorporating feedback into GTM strategies.
  • Anticipate risks, dependencies, and potential issues ahead of launches, proactively solving problems before they arise.
  • Experience working with Public Relations Firms to help drive awareness for product launches, features, and spotlights.
