About The Position

The Go to Market Marketing Manager is a key leadership position responsible for driving the firm's growth and revenue through strategic content and digital marketing campaigns. This role is a vital partner to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), ensuring that all initiatives align with business objectives. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader who excels at translating complex service offerings into compelling marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads. This person will also be passionate about mentoring junior team members and building a high-performing team.

Requirements

  • Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in a digital marketing or content strategy role, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
  • Accounting & Consulting Firm Experience: At least 5 years of experience working at an accounting and/or consulting firm.
  • Overall Experience: At least 10 years of professional work experience.
  • Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and a deep understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated experience in managing projects and mentoring junior team members.
  • Strategic Mindset: Ability to think strategically and translate business goals into actionable marketing plans.

Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive content and digital marketing strategies that support the firm's goals.
  • Campaign Management: Lead the end-to-end management of multi-channel marketing campaigns, from ideation and content creation to launch and performance analysis.
  • Content Creation: Oversee the creation of high-impact content, including case studies, white papers, blog posts, and website copy, ensuring all content is optimized for lead generation.
  • Digital Marketing: Collaborate with the brand & events team and manage the firm's digital presence, including SEO, SEM, and website, to increase brand visibility and drive inbound traffic.
  • Performance Measurement: Use data analytics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Leadership & Mentorship: Manage, mentor, and train the Go to Market Coordinator to ensure their professional growth and the successful execution of daily tasks.
