About The Position

Payoneer is building a stablecoin-powered money movement platform, a new global settlement capability designed to make cross-border payments faster, cheaper, and more accessible for SMBs worldwide. This initiative runs as a lean, venture-style team inside Payoneer, combining startup speed with global scale. The role is for a GTM Lead who will drive early go-to-market efforts, understand customer needs, craft compelling messaging, and generate transaction volume. This individual will be the growth engine of a small, fast-moving venture team, acting as a hacker, storyteller, and commercial operator.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of experience in growth, GTM, sales, partnerships, or early-stage commercial roles
  • At least one zero-to-one experience, having taken a product from concept to PMF, ideally in a startup environment
  • Strong growth toolkit: outbound, lifecycle, channel experimentation, activation, and PMM fundamentals
  • Proven ability to develop, test, and iterate on positioning and messaging
  • Background in fintech or payments ecosystems and proven ability to sell to SMBs
  • Strong instinct around pricing, packaging, and activation
  • Experience working across regions or global teams.

Responsibilities

  • Drive early customer adoption and payment volume, sourcing and activating SMB customers across priority corridors and segments.
  • Turn interest into real transaction flow, working directly with customers to move from exploration to live usage.
  • Build the first repeatable GTM motion, developing scalable acquisition and activation strategies from scratch.
  • Run rapid growth experiments across messaging, pricing, onboarding flows, and outbound channels to unlock volume growth.
  • Develop sharp product positioning, translating complex stablecoin infrastructure into simple, compelling value propositions for SMBs.
  • Conduct deep customer discovery, identifying real pain points, workflows, and willingness to pay.
  • Use customer insight and activation data to shape product direction, feeding signal directly into roadmap priorities.
  • Act as the voice of the customer within the venture team and broader organization.
  • Operate cross-functionally with product, partnerships, marketing, and compliance to execute GTM initiatives.
  • Maintain a fast operating rhythm, shipping experiments weekly and iterating quickly based on results.
