(Sr.) GTM Finance Analyst

AirNew York, NY
$85,000 - $143,000Hybrid

About The Position

Air is a Creative Ops System for creative teams. Our product automates the mindless tasks that creatives and marketers do every day to manage content and unlocks creativity through image recognition, automated versioning, and approval workflows. We launched in March 2021 and have raised +$70m from world-class venture capital groups including Avenir, Tiger Global, Headline Ventures, Lerer Hippeau, WndrCo, and Slack Ventures. This role requires in-office attendance at least 3 days/week in Toronto or New York City. Strategic Finance at Air addresses some of the company's most business-critical challenges. Our team strives to be a trusted strategic partner across the business, bringing analytical rigour and deep business context to the decisions that shape how Air grows, invests, and scales. We combine sharp analysis with a bias for action to help Air make the right calls at the right time. We're looking for a GTM Finance Analyst / Sr. Analyst to join our Strategic Finance Team and play a key role in supporting Air's next phase of growth. This person will report to the Director of Strategic Finance and partner directly with our GTM leadership to shape strategy and decision making. This is a high-impact role with a lot of opportunity to take on more responsibility — ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is hungry to grow. About You: You are low-ego, energetic, and determined to succeed at the highest level. You bring grit and a positive attitude to work every day, and know that working at a startup means that no job is ever too small. You are deeply curious about how our business works and willing to go deep with functional teams to help them succeed. You are detail-oriented and take pride in owning your work from start to finish and holding yourself to a high bar. You are highly resourceful — excited to wear many hats and can adapt quickly and move with urgency when challenges arise. You are a strong communicator and genuinely care about playing for the team.
