About the Role Firefly is hiring a full-time GTM Engineer to own and scale our revenue infrastructure. You'll inherit a working foundation - data warehouse, signals, integrations - and be tasked with taking it to the next level as we come out of stealth and scale. You'll be the technical backbone of our GTM team: building and maintaining the data pipelines, push/pull signal systems, and front-end tooling that lets our SDRs, AEs, and leadership operate with precision. Original thought and creative ideation are of paramount importance to be successful in this role. We are creating a stack from first principles, and are looking for a technical leader that can truly own the stack from ideation to execution and management.

Requirements

5+ years minimum experience
Built or scaled a GTM tech stack from an early stage - not just inherited and maintained one
Demonstrated technical fluency across data warehousing, push/pull signal systems, front-end tooling, and third-party integrations
Worked directly with go-to-market teams
Can make independent, high-quality decisions about where to focus engineering effort
Shipped front-end tooling or dashboards that non-technical teammates actually use

Responsibilities

Own and scale our revenue infrastructure.
