About The Position

We're building Percy, the AI agent that runs financial crime investigations end to end. Compliance teams at banks and fintechs are drowning in financial crimes investigations. Transaction volumes are surging, regulators keep raising the bar, and the work still runs on manual review queues that take hours and are stitched together from legacy vendors. We believe AI will make most of these decisions within a few years, so we built Percy to handle them. Percy learns each team's procedures and makes the same calls their analysts would: clearing false positives, escalating real risk, writing the case narrative, and documenting every decision for audit. It cuts review workloads by 70%+ and routinely catches fraud that human reviewers miss. Percy is only possible because of the identity platform we've spent four years building underneath it. Because we own the entire identity flow, Percy resolves ambiguity at the source, running its own checks across our verification tools before a case ever reaches a human. We're backed by QED, Index, Box Group, and Lerer Hippeau, and trusted by companies like Bilt, Nuvei, and MoonPay. We 5x'd revenue last year and plan to do it again in 2026. The team is small, senior, and ships fast.

This is two jobs in one, for someone sharp enough to do both. Half of it is sales engineering: you'll be the technical partner in our deals, and own the most powerful moment in our sales cycle, where we prove Percy's value on a prospect's own data and show them exactly what it would do inside their operation. The other half is business operations: building the GTM and revenue systems that help us scale, turning our data into decisions, and taking on whatever ambiguous, high-priority problem needs an owner. It's a rare seat for an analytical generalist early in their career: you get to be in front of customers and behind the numbers, and see how the whole go-to-market machine works. You'll report directly to the Chief of Staff.

Requirements

• 0–4 years of experience in a role that demanded analytical rigor and pace: a fast-growing startup, top-tier consulting (MBB), investment banking, private equity, sales engineering, or a solutions or analyst role.
• Extremely scrappy. You're best in class at something, top 1% in the world at it, and you bring that same relentless, resourceful energy to figuring out whatever's put in front of you.
• Analytical and technical. You're comfortable digging into data and building models, and you sweat the accuracy of your work.
• A strong communicator. You can sit with a compliance or fraud leader and make a result land, and turn around and present a clear recommendation to leadership.
• Owns the outcome. High agency and detail-oriented. You treat every deal and every project like it's yours to nail.
• Thrives in ambiguity. You're handed undefined problems with no playbook and you figure them out, across data, systems, and people.

Nice To Haves

• Exposure to fintech, financial services, compliance, or fraud.
• Experience with RevOps or sales tooling, FP&A, or data analysis.
• A point of view on where AI is headed in regulated industries.

Responsibilities

• Prove Percy's value to prospects.
• Work hands-on with a prospect's own data to show them exactly what Percy would do inside their operation and how it compares to how they work today.
• Be the technical partner in deals.
• Sit with prospects' compliance and fraud teams, answer the hard questions, and turn results into a story that wins.
• Build and run GTM/RevOps.
• Stand up and improve the pipeline analytics, tooling, and processes that help our sales motion scale.
• Turn data into decisions.
• Pull the numbers, build the model, and turn analysis into a clear recommendation leadership can act on.
• Own special projects end to end.
• Take the ambiguous, high-priority problems the GTM team needs solved, scope them, and deliver outcomes, not decks.
• Close the loop with product.
• Feed patterns from deals and the field back to product and engineering to sharpen Percy and the sales motion.
