About The Position

Finix is seeking its first Go-To-Market (GTM) Engineer to architect and operationalize the systems that drive pipeline generation. This role is a critical intersection of marketing, revenue operations, data, automation, and AI. The GTM Engineer will collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, and Operations teams to build scalable growth infrastructure, enhance data quality, automate workflows, and establish seamless connections between GTM systems. The ideal candidate will possess both strategic thinking for pipeline generation and hands-on expertise with tools like HubSpot, Clay, APIs, spreadsheets, and AI technologies. This position is perfect for an individual who excels at systems building, takes ownership, and is eager to innovate modern fintech go-to-market strategies.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of demonstrated experience in RevOps, Growth Ops, Marketing Ops, Sales Ops, GTM Engineering, or related operational roles within a high-growth SaaS environment.
  • Strong systems thinking and technical curiosity to solve complex business problems with scalable solutions.
  • Expert-level, hands-on experience with HubSpot in a fast-paced environment building and maintaining workflows, audience segments, API connectors and error handling.
  • Proficient with AI-native GTM tooling (e.g, Claude, OpenAI, Zapier, etc), agent frameworks (e.g. LangChain, CrewAI, or similar) for building multi-step AI workflows and data enrichment tools (e.g. Apollo, 6Sense or similar).
  • Comfortable working with APIs, automation tooling, spreadsheets, and low-code workflows.
  • Experience building reporting and attribution systems across advertising solutions including LinkedIn, Google, Meta, 6Senses.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to operational detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and process documentation skills to clearly articulate complex technical strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bias toward action and comfort operating in ambiguity.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; no visa sponsorship provided.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in fintech, payments, or infrastructure companies.
  • Familiarity with warehouse tooling like Snowflake or BigQuery.
  • Experience supporting outbound and PLG motions simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Rebuild and optimize core GTM systems and workflows across Marketing, Sales, and Partnerships to support pipeline generation and customer expansion.
  • Own HubSpot architecture, including automation, attribution, enrichment, routing, and reporting.
  • Design scalable lead lifecycle infrastructure and source classification systems.
  • Create and maintain reliable GTM data pipelines across paid ads, CRM, product, and third-party tools.
  • Build API integrations between internal systems and external vendors.
  • Deploy AI-native workflows and agents for prospecting, enrichment, routing, qualification, and campaign operations.
  • Build systems using tools like Claude, Clay, OpenAI, and workflow orchestration platforms.
  • Develop anomaly detection, QA checks, and automated reporting for GTM data integrity.
  • Identify repetitive operational workflows and automate them end-to-end.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to improve campaign measurement, attribution, and funnel visibility.
  • Partner with Sales and Partnerships to enhance lead quality, routing, enrichment, and outbound infrastructure.
  • Work with Product and Engineering on product-led growth signals and internal tooling.
  • Document systems, processes, and operational best practices across the GTM organization.
