GTM Engineer

SainapseSan Francisco, CA
$100,000 - $200,000Onsite

About The Position

This is a builder-first role working directly with the founders. As our first GTM engineering hire, you will build Sainapse’s customer-acquisition system with agents, data, code, and experiments. Qualified enterprise demos are the north-star metric. Your work should create useful customer conversations and pipeline, and turn proven internal workflows into product. You will join customer and prospect calls and create account briefs, follow-up, and ROI materials. The founders will own major sales calls, closing, and commercial negotiations.

Requirements

  • Evidence that your work created pipeline or revenue: show the baseline, timeframe, result, and your personal contribution.
  • The ability to build, inspect, and improve systems using agents, APIs, scripts, tools, and data.
  • Experimental and analytical judgment, including knowing when to abandon a hypothesis.
  • Comfort with customer conversations, technical learning, hands-on execution, and clear communication.
  • Ownership from idea through measured outcome.
  • Around 3–6 years of relevant experience is a guide; demonstrated output matters more than credentials.

Responsibilities

  • Build an empirical ideal-customer-profile system: discover accounts, enrich data, score fit, segment, and prioritize using downstream outcomes.
  • Develop research, personalized messaging, sequences, qualification, and booking workflows with reliable attribution and data quality.
  • Conduct experiments across outbound, search, content, paid channels, events, partnerships, and useful tools. Define hypotheses and measurement, then stop, improve, or scale based on evidence.
  • Create a commercial website that converts: work with the founders, design, and marketing on positioning, pages, copy, proof, and calls to action.
  • Build internal Sainapse workflows for research, scoring, qualification, and prospect preparation. Productize what proves useful while keeping pipeline outcomes first.
  • Develop self-serve experiences such as interactive demos, guided qualification, use-case discovery, and paths into a proof of concept.
  • Join customer and prospect calls and create account briefs, follow-up, and ROI materials.
