GTM Engineer

ImmutaAustin, OH
Hybrid

About The Position

Immuta is seeking a Go-To-Market (GTM) Engineer to join their Growth organization. This role involves translating GTM strategy into action by building systems, running experiments, activating signals, and scaling successful approaches. The GTM Engineer will be responsible for designing and implementing data pipelines, automation systems, scoring models, and AI-assisted workflows to support Immuta's buyer identification, outreach, and conversion processes. This is a hands-on role where the individual will write code, manage integrations, and own the end-to-end output.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Sales Ops, GTM Ops, RevOps, Marketing Ops, or a related technical role.
  • Proficiency with Python, including pandas, data transformation pipelines, scoring model construction, and structured output formatting.
  • Comfortable owning a codebase, not just running scripts.
  • Hands-on experience building systems that ingest data from multiple sources, apply transformation logic, and route outputs to a destination (e.g., Zapier, n8n, custom API orchestration).
  • Strong data fluency in Salesforce, including understanding the object model, writing SOQL, and structuring CRM data for usability.
  • Experience translating open-ended business questions into working systems with minimal specification.
  • Familiarity with LLMs in production contexts (classification, extraction, summarization, prompt chaining).

Nice To Haves

  • Consulting, agency, or early-stage SaaS backgrounds are a strong fit.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain ICP scoring models, intent signal pipelines, and account prioritization logic sourced across the stack (Salesforce, Apollo, Warmly, Clay, etc.).
  • Own the data transformation layer: pulling from CRM, enrichment APIs, and intent platforms, normalizing and enriching data, and writing clean outputs back to Salesforce or downstream activation tools.
  • Partner with RevOps on data definitions and quality to ensure scoring logic runs on trustworthy inputs.
  • Apply LLMs to automate research, contact enrichment, signal extraction, and outreach personalization at scale.
  • Design GTM workflows that are measurable, testable, and repeatable.
  • Reduce manual effort across Sales and Marketing by replacing high-frequency, low-complexity tasks with reliable automation.
  • Build lightweight orchestration systems that connect GTM tools across the stack.
  • Own the full lifecycle of integrations: standing up, maintaining, and iterating on them as the tool stack evolves.
  • Determine the appropriate technology (n8n, custom FastAPI, scheduled Python job) for integration needs and implement it.
  • Build the scaffolding for GTM experiments across audiences, channels, and messaging.
  • Instrument experiments with sufficient signals to distinguish effective strategies.
  • Operationalize successful experimental approaches by transitioning them from one-off tests to repeatable, scalable systems.

Benefits

  • 100% employer paid Healthcare (Medical, Dental, Vision) premiums for you and your dependents (including Domestic Partners)
  • Stock Options
  • Paid parental leave (Both Maternity and Paternity)
  • Unlimited Paid time off (U.S. based positions)
  • Learning and Development Resources
