About The Position

Revenue Operations at Render serves a critical role of supporting our rapidly scaling GTM motion. This is a builder role, covering planning and scaling sales team motions. This is perfect for someone who is passionate about designing and building from the ground up, but also comes with a strong understanding of what challenges will come as we scale and how to prepare for them. We have strong product-led growth and an accelerating sales-led motion—you'll be building a measurement architecture, growth systems, forecasting model, and operational layer that gives our team and leaders a clear, shared view of the business. You'll report to the Head of Rev Ops and partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, Data, Biz Ops, and Product - supporting our growing Sales motion and make sure Sales & Product-Led Growth engines effectively are integrated, measured, and scaled as one.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Strategy, GTM Operations, ideally at a B2B SaaS company with a PLG motion layered with enterprise sales.
  • GTM Engineering experience as an operational role also applies
  • Experience in building sales operations core processes from the ground up (annual planning, forecasting, pipeline management), combined with skills in new AI tools that will help speed up that building
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, across multiple levels, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Builder mentality: you move fast, document well, and leave systems better than you found them
  • Ability to ruthlessly prioritize the most urgent & important and drive major progress with speed
  • Strong work ethic with a positivity and resilience
  • Able to build stage-appropriate structure in an agile and fast-moving environment
  • Thrive in action-oriented, fast paced, distributed environment

Nice To Haves

  • Background at a developer tooling, infrastructure, or cloud company with Engineering as the primary customer persona
  • Experience supporting a usage-based or consumption pricing model

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage the weekly forecast process: pipeline hygiene, stage definitions, deal inspection cadence, and CRM data integrity.
  • Build metrics dashboards and reports that give GTM leadership a real-time view of pipeline health, win rates, productivity, and efficiency trends.
  • Build our integrated tooling with Clay, Salesforce, and other tools like our sales engagement tool to scale outbound efforts.
  • Be a fundamental builder of the entire rev ops function at Render, defining strategic priorities and how to execute.
