GTM Engineer

ArtemisNew York, NY
$140,000 - $180,000

About The Position

Artemis Security is hiring a GTM Engineer to build the systems, automation, and data infrastructure that make their go-to-market motion faster, smarter, and more scalable. This is a founding-level role at a highly AI-native company. The GTM Engineer will sit at the intersection of sales, marketing, RevOps, and engineering, and will own the technical infrastructure that powers how Artemis finds, engages, and closes customers. They will build agents and automations that eliminate manual work, integrate the tools that make GTM run, and use AI to compress cycles across the funnel. The role involves working directly with founders and GTM leaders, with the autonomy to shape what a modern GTM engineering function looks like from scratch.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a role that blends technical work with GTM, revenue operations, or growth, including titles such as GTM Engineer, RevOps Engineer, Growth, Sales Engineer, or Marketing Engineer
  • Strong technical fluency, including comfort with AI coding tools, no-code automation, and modern GTM tooling
  • Systems thinker with the ability to map data across complex deal cycles and the modern GTM stack
  • Fluency with AI-driven workflows, including AI coding tools, prompting, you know how to use AI as a force multiplier, not a demo
  • Strong data instincts, including experience working across warehouses, dbt, or reverse ETL tools (Fivetran, Hightouch, Census, or similar)
  • A builder's mindset: you have a strong bias for action. You don’t just diagnose problems, you ship solutions and iterate quickly
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and building programs from scratch, without a preset playbook
  • Excellent communicator who can move fluidly between technical decisions and GTM strategy conversations

Nice To Haves

  • Technical degree or background in computer science, engineering, or a technical field
  • Prior experience at an early-stage startup, especially as a founding GTM or RevOps engineer
  • Background in cybersecurity or enterprise B2B SaaS
  • Experience building custom internal tools or lightweight applications (React, Retool, Streamlit, etc.)
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP) and data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, ClickHouse)
  • Prior work with agentic AI systems, autonomous workflows, or LLM-powered internal tools

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain the technical infrastructure that powers Artemis's GTM motion, including CRM configuration, data pipelines, tool integrations, and internal tooling
  • Design and ship AI-driven agents and automations that eliminate manual work across sales, marketing, and customer success
  • Own the GTM data layer-connecting product usage, CRM, marketing tools, and external data sources into a clean, queryable system that drives real decisions
  • Build enrichment, scoring, and prioritization systems that surface the right accounts and the right signals to the right people at the right time
  • Partner with sales to automate outbound workflows, personalization at scale, and pipeline hygiene
  • Partner with marketing on attribution, campaign automation, and lead routing infrastructure
  • Partner with customer success on health scoring, churn signals, and expansion triggers
  • Evaluate, integrate, and manage the GTM tool stack, from CRM and sales engagement to enrichment, intent data, and revenue intelligence
  • Build internal tools and dashboards that give the GTM team visibility into what's working and what's not
  • Move fast and ship daily, iterate constantly, and treat the GTM system itself as a product

Benefits

  • Competitive compensation of $140,000-$180,000 per year
  • Top-of-market equity component
