The role involves working with data pipelines built on Salesforce, internal tools for data analysis and action, and automated workflows connecting the company's tech stack. The successful candidate will take ownership of existing systems, improve them, and build new ones. This is a full-stack revenue infrastructure role reporting to the Head of Revenue Operations, with collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Data teams.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in SQL and at least one scripting language (Python preferred) for building within a defined scope.
  • Fluency with AI tooling and its application in building solutions (e.g., LLMs for enrichment, scoring, drafting, agentic workflows).
  • Experience building end-to-end data pipelines, understanding inputs, transformations, outputs, and monitoring for failures.
  • Ability to take a clearly scoped problem and deliver a working tool, asking clarifying questions when specifications are incomplete.
  • Ability to quantify impact in revenue terms (e.g., pipeline influenced, hours removed, cost per lead).
  • Experience maintaining data governance, quality, and integrity within fast-moving software systems without data loss.
  • Ability to design software interfaces that are functional and scalable for a revenue organization, even without a dedicated designer.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience integrating LLMs into GTM workflows (enrichment, scoring rationale, outreach drafting, agentic systems).
  • Experience applying Model Context Protocol or similar agent frameworks to internal tooling.
  • Experience with Gong, Common Room, Clay, or comparable tools in a modern GTM stack.
  • Experience selling into or supporting technical, hardware, or government/defense buyers.
  • A portfolio of publicly shared systems built and their resulting outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Learn and build upon the Salesforce and sales tooling architecture, including the data model, field taxonomy, and dependency logic.
  • Build and maintain accurate, monitored, and live data pipelines connecting Salesforce, Gong, Common Room, Slack, and enrichment sources.
  • Ship internal tools such as forecast trackers, scoring dashboards, and comp calculators based on defined specifications.
  • Build signal-based and AI-driven workflows for routing, enrichment, next-best-action surfacing, and automated outreach support.
  • Support Area Directors, AEs, and CS with prioritized tools and fixes, identifying and surfacing friction points.
  • Define and defend data quality across the stack, including pipeline health, field hygiene, and sync integrity.
  • Own and maintain code repositories for internal GTM tooling, ensuring maintainability, security, legibility, and compliance.
  • Prototype and rapidly iterate on new tooling and integrations as the GTM function evolves.
