While traditional operations focus on maintaining the status quo, this team is responsible for building the automated future of our customer success and expansion motion. You will be a founding member of this function and will report to the Head of Revenue Operations, working closely with Customer Success, Account Management, and Product. Your mission is to eliminate the "reactivity" of account management by building a sophisticated, AI-driven Customer Health & Expansion engine that allows our team to focus entirely on deepening relationships rather than managing spreadsheets.
