About The Position

We are looking for a high-impact GTM Enablement to serve as the connective tissue between our Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams. You won’t just be "managing content"—you’ll be the strategic architect of how we communicate our value to the world and how our internal teams execute on that vision. This is a hands on role designed for someone who loves to build. You’ll take complex product releases and translate them into a cohesive narrative, ensuring every member of our GTM engine has the tools, training, and knowledge they need to win.

Requirements

  • Strategic thinker who can shape enablement direction
  • Strong communicator who can simplify and present information clearly
  • Hands-on IC who executes and builds materials independently
  • Strong use of AI tools as part of daily work
  • Experience working with Go-to-Market teams in B2B and SMB environments
  • Strong project manager mindset, able to drive cross-functional execution

Nice To Haves

  • Ideally from companies with strong products and mature Go-to-Market functions
  • Startup or early-stage company experience

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage all external enablement materials
  • Partner with Marketing on content creation and messaging
  • Own and evolve the knowledge base and Intercom over time
  • Translate product releases into clear, actionable materials for GTM teams
  • Act as the central enablement point across Sales, Marketing, CS, and Product
  • Build and deliver internal training for GTM teams
