About The Position

This role is for a Technical Enablement Lead for all of Lovable's Go-To-Market (GTM) functions, including Sales, Customer Success (CS), and Solutions Architects (SA). The primary responsibility is to onboard Solutions Architects and leverage them to elevate the technical understanding across the entire field. This involves ensuring Account Executives (AEs) can articulate the possibilities of the technology and Customer Success Managers (CSMs) can confidently lead AI transformation conversations. The role focuses on building systems that automate enablement, embed knowledge into workflows, and remove friction, rather than relying solely on traditional training methods. The goal is to create systems that eliminate the need for enablement by automating processes and embedding knowledge directly into workflows.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in a technical GTM role (e.g., SA, SE, solutions consultant, technical enablement partner).
  • Experience working in the field and building systems to scale learned knowledge; informal enablement experience is accepted.
  • Technical credibility to be a peer to SAs and Field Development Engineers (FDEs).
  • Commercial acumen to translate technical depth into actionable insights for AEs and CSMs.
  • Proven experience building and shipping technical knowledge systems, such as demo libraries, reference architectures, competitive technical positioning, and AI use-case pattern libraries.
  • Fluency in AI use cases and enterprise AI transformation conversations, understanding that this is Lovable's core offering.
  • Strong cross-functional operational skills, as the role spans multiple pillars and requires defining scope.
  • Ability to think in terms of systems and leverage, rather than solely programs and curricula.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience at a Product-Led Growth (PLG) or AI-native company where technical positioning was a key competitive differentiator.
  • Prior experience building cross-functional technical enablement programs for both pre- and post-sale teams.

Responsibilities

  • Own the technical knowledge hub for all of GTM, including the demo library, reference architectures, competitive technical positioning, and AI use-case patterns used in live deals.
  • Raise the technical proficiency of AEs and CSMs, supporting both new hires and tenured representatives in developing use-case fluency, understanding the art of the possible, and leading AI transformation conversations suitable for CIOs and VPs of Product.
  • Utilize the SA team as a force multiplier by extracting their knowledge, systematizing it, and making it accessible to the broader field without converting CSMs into SAs.
  • Co-own the SA ramp-up and ongoing development in collaboration with the Head of SA and the senior SA team, ensuring new SAs onboard quickly and tenured SAs have the infrastructure for continuous development.
  • Be accountable for AE and CSM technical readiness, the effective leverage of SAs during deal stages, and the quality of the technical narrative throughout the sales funnel.
