About The Position

Aircall is seeking a GTM Commissions Manager to own the end-to-end commissions payout process for the go-to-market organization. This is a hands-on, individual-contributor role responsible for monthly and quarterly commission calculations, administration of the commissions platform (CaptivateIQ), data integrity, and handling commission inquiries. The role involves continuous process improvement, leveraging AI for automation, and supporting the rollout of compensation plans. The position is based in the Seattle/Bellevue office and collaborates with teams in New York and other international locations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in sales compensation / commissions administration, sales/GTM operations, RevOps, or FP&A, preferably in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.
  • Hands-on mastery of CaptivateIQ (or a comparable ICM tool like Qobra), including plan configuration and day-to-day administration.
  • Strong analytical and spreadsheet skills, with experience working with large data sets, CRM, and BI tools (Salesforce & Looker).
  • Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail, with a proven track record of meeting payout deadlines.
  • A genuine process-improvement instinct and a desire to make things run better.
  • Fluency with AI tools and a habit of using them for automation.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the judgment to handle sensitive compensation conversations discreetly.
  • Fluency in English.

  • Familiarity with RevOps/GTM metrics.
  • Experience with comp plan design.
  • Experience partnering with FP&A.

Responsibilities

  • Own the commissions payout cycle, including calculation, validation, approvals, and on-time payout for monthly and quarterly cycles in partnership with Finance and Payroll.
  • Administer CaptivateIQ, configuring and maintaining plans, rules, rates, and data feeds, serving as the single source of truth for commissions.
  • Safeguard data integrity by reconciling inputs across Salesforce, Looker, BambooHR, and CaptivateIQ to ensure accurate, traceable, and audit-ready payouts.
  • Handle commission inquiries, disputes, and adjustments for the field with clarity and speed, ensuring reps and managers understand their pay.
  • Continuously improve the commissions process to make it faster, cleaner, and less manual.
  • Utilize AI tools to automate repetitive tasks such as data preparation, reconciliation, and routine inquiry handling.
  • Support compensation plan rollouts by partnering with RevOps and Finance on design, modeling, and implementation.
  • Report on commissions spend and attainment to provide leadership with clear visibility.
