Obligo is seeking a RevOps & GTM Automation Manager to manage and expand Obligo’s go-to-market infrastructure, encompassing both core revenue operations and automation systems. This role reports to the VP Revenue & Operations and operates at the intersection of Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Data, and Product. The position has a dual focus: maintaining the RevOps foundation (CRM, data integrity, pipeline management, and reporting) and designing/building automated GTM systems to reduce manual tasks and increase execution speed throughout the funnel. The individual will be responsible for HubSpot as the primary data source, ensuring CRM cleanliness, data consistency, and reliable reporting. Additionally, they will manage Obligo’s GTM automation layer, including developing AI agents, integrating tools, and creating workflows for lead generation, qualification, onboarding, and expansion. This role requires a blend of operational discipline and systems-building expertise, with a focus on identifying and resolving GTM bottlenecks with scalable, intelligent solutions. It is a hands-on, high-impact position for someone who is operationally disciplined and eager to use AI and automation to revolutionize revenue team operations.
