The RevOps Coordinator is the systems backbone of our revenue engine — owning the accuracy and integrity of every subscription, promo code, custom contract, and pricing adjustment that moves through our go-to-market motion. Reporting to the RevOps Director, this role sits at the intersection of Sales, Finance, and Customer Success, keeping our pricebooks current, our CRM and billing data reconciled, and our deal process running without leaks. This isn’t a high-visibility role — it’s a high-consequence one. The details you own quietly determine whether revenue hits the books cleanly or ends up in a mess no one catches until it’s too late.
