About the GTM Associate Program
The GTM Associate program is one of the most successful and pivotal programs at Rogo - a structured apprenticeship into enterprise sales at the frontier of AI and finance. GTM Associates sit at the center of live deals with the world's most sophisticated financial institutions, blending strategic outbound, deep product mastery, and pre-sales execution. Our best Associates have moved on to Account Executives and domain expert product specialists. If you want to learn how to sell enterprise AI to Wall Street from the inside of real deals, there is no faster path.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree
• 2 to 4 years of work experience, either in a client-facing sales role or in investment banking or a finance-adjacent field such as private equity, asset management, consulting, or fintech. Client-facing experience across both is preferred
• A proven record of performing under pressure in a demanding, client-facing environment with senior stakeholders
• The ability to go deep on product: you can master a complex platform quickly and explain it simply and credibly to a sophisticated audience
• Strong communication and executive presence; you can hold your own in a room with Managing Directors, Portfolio Managers and C-Suite Executives
• Clear ambition to make an impact on the GTM team - this role is the on-ramp to a quota-carrying sales or pre-sales seat
• Genuine interest in AI, technology, and financial workflows

Responsibilities

• Achieve true product mastery across the entire Rogo platform - workflows, skills, agents, integrations, and the competitive landscape - and become a trusted resource in live client conversations
• Partner with Account Executives across the full deal cycle: discovery, demos, evaluations, and proofs of concept with the world's top banks, private equity funds, and investment firms
• Build and tailor demo environments and use cases that map Rogo directly to a prospect's workflows, so every client interaction lands with precision
• Drive strategic outbound into named enterprise accounts - research-led, multi-threaded prospecting with messaging sharp enough for a Managing Director's inbox
• Contribute to deal strategy: stakeholder mapping, qualification through proven sales methodology, and identifying the pain that moves deals forward
• Feed client and competitive insight back to product, marketing, and leadership - you are the connective tissue between the market and the company
• Master and sharpen the playbooks, SOPs, and frameworks that make Rogo's GTM engine scale
