Responsibilities

• Engage directly with bankers, investors, and financial professionals to understand workflow challenges and demonstrate the value of our solutions.
• Partner with operations and engineering teams during pilot programs, ensuring smooth transitions into long-term contracts.
• Lead post-sales efforts to ensure successful deployment, customer satisfaction, and long-term growth/renewals.
• Develop demos, collateral, and sales tools that enable a scalable, repeatable GTM process.
• Act as the voice of the customer—bringing insights to product and engineering to help shape roadmap and strategy.
• Research market trends, customers, and competitors to strengthen positioning and drive strategy.
