About The Position

Replit is seeking a GTM AI Operations Lead, Sales to accelerate their Go-To-Market (GTM) motion using AI and automation. This role requires an individual who is both an operator and an architect, proficient in Salesforce and the GTM technology stack, and understands how revenue teams function. The ideal candidate will be adept at designing AI-driven systems to reduce manual effort and provide actionable insights for sales representatives and leaders. This position will be central to deal progression, identifying pipeline slowdowns, implementing automations to maintain pipeline health, and leveraging CRM and conversation data for strategic advantage.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, GTM Systems, or a similar role, with significant experience supporting an enterprise sales motion.
  • Hands-on Salesforce expertise, including the ability to build, debug, and understand data models, automation, and permissions beyond basic UI navigation.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and implementing automations, preferably including LLM- or AI-driven workflows (agents, prompt-based tooling, or AI features in GTM systems).
  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to extract and analyze pipeline data, critically evaluate conclusions, and communicate findings clearly.
  • Proficiency in building with no/low-code automation platforms or API integrations to enable prototyping without engineering dependency.
  • A preference for building maintainable and trustworthy systems over complex, fragile ones.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience establishing a RevOps or GTM systems function from an early stage.
  • Familiarity with conversation intelligence platforms and operationalizing their data.
  • Prior experience integrating AI/LLM tooling with CRM data under read-only or tightly-scoped permissions.
  • Background in a high-growth, AI-native, or developer-focused company.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain AI-powered automations across the sales motion, including opportunity hygiene, stage progression, forecasting inputs, and rep nudges.
  • Own the systems responsible for data cleanliness and trustworthiness to ensure reliable downstream reporting and AI outputs.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to identify bottlenecks and implement automations that address root causes.
  • Integrate and orchestrate the GTM tech stack, including Salesforce and conversation intelligence platforms (e.g., Gong), with AI agents and workflows.
  • Build internal tooling and lightweight applications to deliver AI insights directly to reps and managers within their existing workflows.
  • Establish guardrails for secure and governed AI usage with revenue data, encompassing permissioning, read/write boundaries, and human-in-the-loop checkpoints.
  • Translate ambiguous automation requests into scoped, measurable, and maintainable systems.
