About The Position

As our AI GTM Systems Lead, you will own the AI-powered operating system at the heart of our commercial organisation. You’ll design, build, and run the systems and agentic workflows that power how we generate pipeline, forecast revenue, and make high-impact GTM decisions. You’ll sit at the center of the business—partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and senior leadership—to ensure our data, tooling, and AI agents work together seamlessly as we scale. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role with direct influence on how we grow and serve a global F500 enterprise customer base. Requirements

  • Owned and scaled CRM and GTM systems in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment, ideally supporting enterprise or complex sales motions.
  • Proven track record of designing and deploying AI / LLM-powered systems or agent workflows that materially changed how revenue teams operate.
  • Both strategic and hands-on—comfortable setting direction with senior stakeholders and building the systems yourself.
  • Analytical and data-driven, with experience building end-to-end automation pipelines, data models, and operational workflows.
  • Enjoy working in ambiguous environments and are motivated by problems that sit directly on the path to revenue.
  • Care deeply about quality, scalability, and real-world impact—not demos or experiments that never ship.

Responsibilities

  • Own and scale our GTM technology stack, acting as the primary architect and operator for CRM, revenue tooling, and data infrastructure.
  • Design and deploy agentic AI workflows that autonomously support forecasting, pipeline management, deal inspection, and GTM decision-making.
  • Build systems and data models that underpin revenue forecasting, performance management, and planning across complex enterprise sales motions.
  • Create reporting, insights, and AI-driven recommendations that help GTM leaders move faster and make better decisions.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Finance to align data flows and ensure a single source of truth across the business.
  • Act as a trusted delivery partner to commercial leadership, translating strategy into scalable, production-grade systems.
