Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in a security operations center, intelligence analysis, threat assessment, corporate security, emergency management, or a related role
Demonstrated experience analyzing security intelligence and preparing written assessments or reports for decision-makers
Ability to exercise sound independent judgment on time-sensitive matters with significant client impact
Strong written and verbal communication skills across various platforms (email, Slack, phone, etc.)
Ability to produce concise reports and recommendations from verbal or written sources
Must be willing to learn unfamiliar technical systems
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, especially during times of crisis
Must have a reliable means of communication (e.g., email, cell phone)
Must have a reliable means of transportation (public or private)
Must be willing to sign a confidentiality agreement and maintain confidentiality at all times
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen upon the extension of a conditional employment offer

Responsibilities

Provide operational GSOC coverage, which may may include monitoring access control alerts and video feeds, answering calls, dispatching or notifying security officers and maintenance, and liaising with emergency 911 centers
Conduct organized triage analysis, prioritize, and make decisions under stress
Maintain concise records of communications, events, and the basis for analytical conclusions
Independently research and evaluate OSINT, travel alerts, security incidents, and emerging threats across multiple software platforms and intelligence sources
Assess the credibility, relevance, severity, and likely client impact of incoming intelligence, including incomplete or conflicting information
Decide whether intelligence warrants escalation, client notification, continued monitoring, or no further action
Compare possible courses of action and recommend responses to HiveWatch and client leadership teams
Partner with the HiveWatch Intelligence Program to prepare threat assessments, intelligence reports, executive briefs, and periodic trend summaries for client security leadership
Work collaboratively with HiveWatch’s and clients’ leadership teams to prepare for, respond to, and recover from incidents and crisis events that may impact our clients, including their personnel, property, business operations, or brand
Represent and display the HiveWatch core principles of customer service and professionalism
Communicate and disseminate information to key partners through established communication vehicles and best practices
Maintain composure during critical incidents and emergencies
Comply with all HiveWatch rules and guidelines, including safety rules and guidelines, and maintain strict confidentiality
