$45,000 - $81,070Onsite

About The Position

The GSOC (Global Security Operations Center) Operations Analyst is the foundational operational role within Autodesk's Global Security Operations Center. This position is accountable for the continuous, disciplined execution of shift-level monitoring responsibilities, the core function on which all GSOC capability depends. The Analyst operates within established procedures and response protocols, executing defined workflows across physical security technology platforms, responding to system-generated events, and producing accurate documentation for every incident handled. This role operates under the direct supervision of the Lead Analyst on shift and receives structured guidance from the GSOC Manager. The Analyst is not expected to devise operational strategy or independently manage complex or multi-party incidents; rather, they are expected to execute reliably, escalate appropriately, and develop technical and procedural fluency at pace. Proficiency at this level means the Analyst can be trusted to own any standard alarm, access event, or documentation task without requiring real-time oversight for routine situations.
