About The Position

XTREME AVIATION, LLC is seeking a Ground Support Equipment Associate (GSE) to maintain, repair, and service the vehicles and equipment used to support airport operations. This role involves inspecting equipment, troubleshooting mechanical issues, performing repairs and preventive maintenance, and ensuring the GSE fleet remains safe and operational. On-the-job training is provided.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to use hand and power tools.
• Strong mechanical repair skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to read and follow repair manuals.
• Ability to follow instructions and work safely.

Nice To Haves

• Previous related experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Repair and service tow tractors, baggage carts, buses, trucks, and service vans.
• Maintain heavy equipment involving hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
• Inspect vehicles and equipment to identify needed repairs.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and equipment issues.
• Schedule and perform periodic maintenance.
• Maintain a clean and safe repair shop.
• Track parts and tools needed for repairs and maintenance.
• Maintain accurate repair logs for vehicles and equipment.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
